Shipping and Delivery Policy

At STUDIO PURANI, we want every order to reach you safely and with care:

1. Processing

• Orders ship within 1 – 3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• Complimentary shipping within Canada is available on orders over $150 CAD.

• Standard delivery usually takes 1–5 business days.

3. International

• For delivery outside of Canada and the United States, please contact us at nairah@studiopurani.com before placing your order. In most cases, we can add your destination to our shipping list. Please keep in mind, you will be responsible for any duties or tariffs. In most cases, the shipper will notify you directly of any fees.

4. Special Requests

• If you need rush delivery or have unique shipping needs, we’re happy to help — just get in touch prior to checkout.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please email us right away so we can assist.
