At STUDIO PURANI, we want every order to reach you safely and with care:

1. Processing

• Orders ship within 1 – 3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

• Complimentary shipping within Canada is available on orders over $150 CAD.

• Standard delivery usually takes 3–10 business days.

3. International

• For delivery outside of Canada, please contact us at nairah@studiopurani.com before placing your order.

4. Special Requests

• If you need rush delivery or have unique shipping needs, we’re happy to help — just get in touch prior to checkout.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please email us right away so we can assist.
